Software Engineer

Description:

In this role, you will be tasked with helping to finalize the FlowerFieldz AI Super App for launch, and you must be able to help competently manage the software suite once product launch occurs. Whether you call yourself a software engineer, a designer, developer, or anything else- if you believe you have the talent to help a new technology startup become the next big thing, this is the job for you! The ideal candidate for this role must be able to confidently take instructions and implement things into action, while also identifying possible areas of improvement within day-to-day activities. Expeditious workflow capabilities will stand out from the crowd, so be ready to bring your best efforts every day as team member at FlowerFieldz.

Anyone with a desire for building significant products and an eye for detail will be well suited for the demands of this role, and competence in multiple software coding languages is preferred, including C, C++, PHP, Java, Javascript, Python, and others. Thinking beyond computer science, someone who is cognizant of the relationship between a spectacular UX/UI and data collection will be a likeminded individual that has the potential to succeed in this role.

Ideally, you may have some knowledge (or may be able to learn) about payment systems and/or financial technologies. To the extent it is necessary for management of systems and configuration efficiencies, it is expected for the Software Engineer to have proficient understanding of backend architecture and server/data center resource maximization. Most importantly, those with a passion for Data Science may be inclined for the specificities of this role because it will also be crucial to have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the development + deployment of similar technologies.

Role Requirements:

2 Years or more of Software Engineering/Development Experience

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; College Degree preferred (any advanced degrees should also be noted)

Ability to learn new technology products quickly, and the ability to build groundbreaking technologies from the ground up.

Capable of handling heavy workloads.

Compensation:

National Sales Manager

Description:

In this role, you will be tasked with sourcing new business for FlowerFieldz Vending Machine Services and the FlowerFieldz AI Super App. Both services are new to the majority of the public, thus it will require determination and grit on the part of the National Sales Manager to help these products reach critical mass. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable in a variety of different environments and different businesses, while comfortably working with everyone from C-Suite executives and business owners to other employees and the general public. Someone who can maintain positivity and confidence in a variety of scenarios will be best suited for this role. You will manage a small team of influencers and other sales professionals while building a rapport with clients. Once business volume necessitates, there will be ample opportunities for advancement from the person who succeeds in this role initially.

Role Requirements:

2 Years or more of Sales Experience (ideally in b2b roles of increasing capacity).

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred; College Degree of any kind should be mentioned if held.

Ability to learn new technology products quickly.

Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for this role (a mix of local and to different locations).

Accounting Manager

Description:

In this role, you will be tasked with helping to oversee all financial activities for FlowerFieldz and all subsidiary entities. Auditing transactions, accounting, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and capital fundraising are some tasks the accounting manager may encounter while in their role. Not only will the Accounting Manager expect to have continuous involvement in all aspects of the business, but they will be responsible for helping to identify areas of potential cost savings or improvement.

Travel Show Host/ Presenter/ On-Air Talent

In addition to any outside opportunities for distribution, this program is expected to feature heavily on our AI Super App upon launch. Description:

In this role, you will be the star and primary talent for a new travel show/food program being produced by FlowerFieldz. You will travel to different travel destinations, selected by the Company, and you will sample fine luxury goods, gourmet meals and local favorites, and you’ll stay at a variety of hotels. The goal of the Travel Show On-Air Talent will be to create amazing content, so you must have the ability to think beyond the production framework and script while improvising. Ideally, you will be a performer with the mindset of creating compelling content when the camera is on.

Role Requirements:

Extensive prior travel experience, ideally having visited multiple different destinations in the last 3 years.

Prior entertainment industry experience of 2 years minimum is desired, however experience in hospitality, sales, or other similar roles may also be considered.

Must possess camera presence and acting ability, which may be displayed in an interview and/or in a broadcast journalism background.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred

Ability to eat various types of cuisine and the ability to work all hours required for filming a travel show highlighting everything from breakfast to bars.

Must be a strong, trustworthy, team-oriented colleague who will act in the best interest of the Company at all times.

Must be willing to travel up to 90% of the time for this role, filming multiple times per month in new locations.
